Islam gives respect the memory of Alexander the Great. In verses 83-98 of the 18th (Al-Kahf) Surah, he is referred to by many scholars under as Dhu al Qarnayn (the two-horned one). In addition, many parables mention him and his power, which no one has ever succeeded in creating after him. The power did not blind him. He remained humble and understanding in his judgments and decisions over the peoples. Here you are one of his stories.
I'm talking about Europe. Especially about Muslims within Europe, and now I am not mentioning the 1% extremist, which is a disgrace to everyone, although this 1% disgrace is also present among the "pure" inhabitants of Europe. I’m talking about the normal majority who strive for coexistence.
Many ask if keeping a dog is lawful or not? I hear mentioning some hadith proving that the dogs are polluting and thus get a haram rating. Dirt, saliva and other extractions have to be treated differently from the role of dogs and dog keeping. The latter one is not haram.
Before we get started, let's clarify one thing. In my view, the Quran is not a scientific work. It is not scientific even if it contains items that an illiterate person could not have known 1400 years ago and were confirmed by science only recently.
It is known where state borders currently lie, and we also know that those are not following national affiliation but politics. The principle of Islam in this regard is neither national nor political. I don't mean the state borders of the current Arab and Islamic countries. These have nothing to do with the theory of Islam.
