The Shahada (Arabic: ةَهاد َش َّلَا (means testimony is an Islamic creed, one of the Five Pillars of Islam and part of the Adhan, declaring belief in the oneness (tawhid) of God and the acceptance of Muhammad as God's messenger, as well as the wilayat of Ali according to Shia Islam.
A Shahadah (arabul الشهادة (hiteskü, ami az Iszlám hit öt pillérének egyike. Részét képezi az Ázánnak, a napi öt imára hívás szövegének, kinyilvánítva Isten egyetlenségét (tawhid) és Mohamed elfogadását az Ő prófétájaként. A síita Iszlámban ez kiegészül Ali elfogadásával Allah földi helytartójakénet (wali Allah).
