A spiritual leader is different. His knowledge is not like that. A spiritual leader does not accumulate knowledge that he/she does not need. Why? Because he/she gives an answer to something different than the secular scientist does. He/she doesn't even need worldly knowledge all the time. If you climb up to the Himalayas, you need a Sherpa. Does a Sherpa need to be a member of the academy of science? Not at all! Nor is it important for him to be able to read and write. What is very important: he should know where to turn right and left, where the dangers are lurking, where the snow-covered gaps are, so he should know the way. Lives also depend on spiritual leaders. The two most important issues in which they can show the way are body and soul and the relationship of the individual with the universe.

Body and soul. Both have needs.
The body has two needs. To maintain life and reproduction. In nicer words: survival and procreation.
These two evoke desires that strongly motivate the feelings of the body.
So far, there is no new information at all. Yes, but what if the body achieves what it wants? What if the desire was fulfilled, there is no more suffering from excessive hunger, the sexual needs were satisfied and there are even accumulated reserves? Have we already been faced with the following questions what others are asking, or we’re asking ourselves, haven't we? Did you get it? Did you fuck her? Did you reach that position? Let’s not be shy, these are the questions. And the fact is, as soon as you get it, you fuck her, you’ve reached the position, you want more. You want to get more, you want another woman and you strive to a higher position. The world is expanding towards a larger space of acquisition, and this expansion is intensifying exponentially. Then we notice that whatever we acquire, the sense of emptiness and meaninglessness grows in us.
From this point on, the need of the soul can be explained. There is a need for the nourishment of this emptiness in order to satisfy the needs of the soul. If it does not receive its own need, that cannot be substituted by satisfying the desires of the body. In fact! If we move in this direction, we will only feed the emptiness.
Regarding the assumptions about the universe those are based on the premise that what surrounds us in the creation, the universe and its laws are all bad. So, the laws of Allah and His creation is wrong! Then you come and fix it. Well, you're ruining the world at that point! If the need for changing the world is exceeding in you the will to fit in it, you never reach the goal and you condemn yourself to eternal unhappiness.

Back to the spiritual leader. He/she is a person whose ship has already reached the port. He/she can also guide you through the sea so that your ship can dock. He/she can also take you to the Himalayas. It’s up to you whether you want to reach the dock at all or get up there? Or, if the destination is a different harbor and a different hilltop, what other sailor or Sherpa will get you there? Not all spiritual leaders are capable of the same, as they are simple humans. They know only the paths or the knowledge of one path that has to be passed, but you are the one who has to walk all over the road.
